Artificial Intelligence is already reshaping the commercial and distribution landscape for hotel operators — from pricing and demand forecasting to channel management and customer acquisition. Much of this change is happening faster than our traditional operating models can fully absorb.
In these sessions, we will explore how AI is influencing our commercial performance, distribution strategies, financial outcomes, and operational productivity. We will look at where value is already being created, where complexity and risk are increasing, and what this means for how we manage our hotels going forward.
The objective is not to have all the answers, but to better understand what we may be missing, which decisions will matter most, and how we can prepare our organisation to operate effectively in an AI-driven commercial environment.
